Photo reminder email suggests to your customers to add a photo to their review. This email is not sent to customers that have already submitted a photo, but only to those that haven’t, 4 days after the review was written.

This is a great way to have photos included in a review and boost your social proof.

On Collect Reviews Settings in Monimo Dashboard adjust settings to your preferences:

• Always send reminders to for 5-star reviews only
• Always send reminders for 4 or 5 star reviews
• Ask a customer if they would like to be reminded for photos, when they’re posting a review
• Never send photo reminder
