Contacting the Support Team

If further assistance is needed the best thing to do is to contact our Support Team. We will offer you help and guide you to the solution. 

The best way to do it is by sending an email to us via the ‘Chat with Us’ button in Monimo Dashboard. It will open a section where you can send us an email.

We also have a Monimo Assistant to help you if Monimo widgets aren’t visible in your shop. Just fill in the form and we’ll contact you with a solution soon.

Other options are to contact us via email [email protected] or through the Shopify App menu.
